Signs someone is still battling with adolescence and therefore, you should understand them
As you know, adolescence is the period that elevates you from being a child and introduces you into being a grown up or simply being an adult. It is the point when you become much aware about yourself; you know what is bad and that which is good for you. Now, how do you stand to realize that someone is still under adolescents despite them being so grown up in their age? That is why today, we bring to you the signs so as to ensure you be at a position where you can understand someone from their perception of still going through adolescent age.
It can be confusing sometimes to see someone behave otherwise from how you expect them to. We understand that to be a grown up is to be able to behave maturely and be updated by what is happening around you at a moment in life. Some of these signs are so common and if we might guess it right, you should be able at a position to note them whenever you sense that your friend, neighbor or any other person you relate to in one way or another.
Here are signs that someone is still going through adolescence and therefore, it is expected of you to understand them from that perspective. 1. He or she makes immature decisions
At times we are expected to make proper decisions where possible in order to either solve an issue or a challenge that are always associated with lifestyle process. Well, in order to be able to make a better decision, you must think about the effect the decision will have on the environment, is it going to favor the other people you do interact with on your daily basis? If not then it is better to rethink into it, a good decision must have an effect. This effect can either be positive or negative depending on how you expect it to influence you. Someone who is still battling with adolescence, will always make decisions just to draw people’s attention, they tend not to care if it is mature or not.
2. Always works at drawing people’s attention
Everybody wants to people’s attention drawn towards them, that is true especially when they have something important to put across. The problem with drawing attention is that, whenever you try to draw people’s attention by doing things thinking that they will see you, you end up wasting your time. Therefore, you should always be natural in what you do, do not care about if they see you or not, just do what you have to do and you will see the result from it. People who are still trying to discover who they are will always work in effort to make people know that they are also around.
3. Mere jokes affect their emotions
Who doesn’t joke in life, no one, to mean that everybody jokes at some point, the difference is how you interpret the joke is what defines your maturity level. Some people will tend to take serious and act negative towards the jokes posted to them by friends. You must always know this that, best friends are always jokers and whatever they might decide to joke about, nobody knows, it comes as influenced by the environment and the situation they are in. to know someone who is still trying to discover himself or herself will always tend to avoid friends because due to their jokes, the friends make them feel bad. You must be able to adapt to that situation if you want to be mature enough.
4. Their mouths are full of lies and unsure
Interacting with new people daily improves your understanding and your communication skills. Someone tends to understand you from a perspective of what you say or what you tell stories about. Again, at some point, you have to make promises that are required on demand to cover up a situation; you will find out that many people give promises which in turn, don’t get fulfilled due to one reason or another, something that is understandable. A problem comes when you realize that someone always gives promises that are always never fulfilled, such people are never trusted and for that case, they are regarded as immature because they are still trying to learn how to deal with ideas behind promising something. That one is still battling with adolescents and you should understand him or her.
